Process:
Conducted user interviews of Wayfair employees responsible for creating and managing promotional experiences
Documented points of pain with the existing tool
Created rough sketches for navigational concepts and restructured information architecture
Consulted with the engineering team to learn what was feasible
Met with internal application UI design team to maintain consistency with new pattern library
Designed a prototype and reviewed it with the user group to confirm it aligned to mental model and workflow
